Preparing for meditation takes time as it is not possible to become an accomplished meditator overnight. We will prepare our bodies for sitting practice and explore the nature of mind through a series of mind exercises as well as various breathing methods. The ultimate short-term goal is to be able to sit with calm mind and deep breath and be in a position to control your thoughts and emotions. Meditation preparatory work helps to improve your immune system and balance your physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Classes will be run by Oleg, who is Qi Gong and Nei Gong practitioner and a qualified Qi Gong instructor.
